VIP Status Protection Period
What is the VIP status protection period?
The VIP status protection period is a grace period that delays the downgrade of your VIP level if you don't fulfil your current VIP level's requirements.
If your total assets or 30-day futures trading volume fails to meet the required threshold, your VIP level may be downgraded, resulting in reduced benefits. However, SVIP members enjoy a VIP status protection period where they can keep their current VIP levels, allowing them to continue enjoying benefits such as discounted fees, birthday gifts, and dedicated support.
How to extend my VIP status protection period?
Higher VIP levels come with longer protection periods, giving you more time to meet the requirements and avoid downgrades.
If VIP requirements are not met, your level may be downgraded. However, SVIP users enjoy an extended downgrade protection period.
FAQs
How will my 30-day trading volume be counted?
The trading volume of your open and closed positions for the past 30 days, including USDT-margined futures, coin-margined futures, and tokenized futures, will be counted towards your 30-day trading volume. Your trading volume is updated in real time and can be viewed on the VIP page.
How is my account's estimated total value counted?
Your account's estimated total value is updated in real time. You can see the amount by going to Assets → Estimated total value.
When is my VIP level updated?
When you are a VIP0 user, you will be automatically upgraded to VIP1 once your cumulative deposit amount reaches 200 USDT (or an equivalent amount in other cryptocurrencies).
What types of services will an account manager provide? Are they the same as customer service specialists?
"Account managers will organise exclusive campaigns for VIP users and give VIP users priority access to the latest campaigns and offers on the BTCC platform. They will also prepare gifts for users.
Account managers are not customer service specialists, but VIP users can enjoy priority access to customer service such as VIP-only Live Chat."
Terms & Conditions
1. VIP levels of the BTCC VIP programme are upgraded automatically, according to the requirements listed. Below is the VIP level upgrade time:
· VIP0 users will be upgraded to VIP1 immediately once they meet the requirement for VIP1, which is making a cumulative deposit of 200 USD (or other currencies in equivalent amounts) or more.
· VIP levels at VIP1 or above are automatically upgraded daily at 17:00 (UTC+0).
2. Fees for opening and closing each position will be charged according to the user's current VIP level.
Please note the above rules are effective from March 14, 2025 at 16:00 (UTC+0).
