Why won't Kraken let me buy?

I've been trying to purchase some cryptocurrency on Kraken, but I'm encountering difficulties. I've double-checked my funds, and they're definitely sufficient. I've also made sure all my verification information is up to date and accurate. But whenever I attempt to buy, the platform simply refuses to execute the transaction.
