Once the extension is open, locate the Network dropdown menu and click on it. This menu allows you to select from a variety of networks that are supported by MetaMask.

From the dropdown menu, select “Add Network”. This option will allow you to add a new network to MetaMask, which in this case, is Arbitrum.
