Excuse me, but I'm having some trouble accessing BitForex. Could you possibly help me understand why this might be happening? I've tried multiple times and devices, but I keep getting the same error message. Is there some kind of technical issue going on with the platform right now? Or could it be an issue with my account specifically? I'm really hoping to get this resolved soon as I have some important transactions to make. Thank you for your help.
