Why can't i get my money out of blockchain?

Excuse me, I'm having some trouble accessing my funds on the blockchain. I've tried multiple times but I just can't seem to withdraw my money. Could you possibly explain to me what could be causing this issue? Is it a technical problem, or is there some sort of regulation that's preventing me from doing so? I would really appreciate any insight you can provide on this matter. Thank you.
