Within the Open dialog box, pay close attention to the drop-down menu NEAR the bottom. This is where you'll choose how Excel should interpret the XML file upon opening. Specifically, look for the option labeled "As an XML table." Selecting this option informs Excel that you wish to import the XML data as a structured table, facilitating easier manipulation and analysis.

After selecting "As an XML table," click the Open button to proceed. Excel will then process the XML file, automatically recognizing and organizing the data into a neatly formatted table. This process streamlines data integration, eliminating the need for manual entry or complex conversions.
