I want to know if it's possible to move my Bitcoin from an old address to a SegWit address, just like a regular Bitcoin transfer. Can I transfer my BTC from legacy to SegWit address as a normal BTC transfer?

The key requirement is that your current wallet must support sending to SegWit addresses.
