I'm trying to use AirDrop to share files between my Mac and iPhone, but whenever I try to send something, the transfer gets cancelled. I've checked and both devices are compatible with AirDrop and have the feature enabled. The devices are also within the required proximity. What could be the reason for this cancellation and how can I fix it?

AirDrop cancellations often occur due to insufficient available space on the receiving device.

Another common reason for AirDrop failures is connectivity issues. If the devices are not within close proximity or if the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections are unstable, the file transfer may be interrupted.

Inappropriate settings can also lead to AirDrop cancellations. Ensuring that both devices have AirDrop enabled and set to the correct visibility option (Contacts Only or Everyone) is crucial for successful file sharing.

Device incompatibility is another factor that can cause AirDrop to fail. Not all Apple devices support AirDrop, and even among compatible devices, there may be differences in the software versions that affect compatibility.
