I saw an advertisement endorsed by David Koch promoting a 61-year-old man who apparently helps people in some way. Curiously, the ad mentioned that victims had to pay the man in bitcoin. I'm wondering why the victims had to pay him. Why did victims pay a 61-year-old man a bitcoin AD endorsed by David Koch?
