"BTCC" reminds users to read the following contents carefully in order to correctly and comprehensively understand the risks of online transactions.  If you apply for or use BTCC online trading business, you are deemed to have fully understood the risks of online trading and be willing to bear the possible losses arising therefrom.

BTCC online trading system has taken effective measures, to the maximum extent, to protect the security of users' information and personal data and trading activities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, BTCC solemnly reminds users, in view of the particularity of online transactions and out of the attitude of being responsible to users, that there are many risks in online transactions, including but not limited to:

1. The Internet is a global public network, which is not under the control of any organization. The way of data transmission is not completely definite on the Internet. The Internet itself is not an absolutely secure and reliable environment.

2. The data transmitted on the Internet may be obtained by some individuals, groups or organizations through certain channels.

3. The data transmission on the Internet may be delayed due to busy communication, or data transmission may be suspended or interrupted or there may be incomplete data, data error, etc., for other reasons, which cause the transactions to be delayed, suspended or interrupted.

4. The information (including but not limited to analytical and predictive data) published on the Internet may be wrong and mislead users.

5. Users' online trading identity may be counterfeited.

6. The performance or quality of users' computers or virus and failure and other causes that occur to users' computers may affect the transaction time or data and bring losses to the users.

7. Users' lack of computer application and operation ability and Internet knowledge may affect the transaction time or data and bring losses to the users.

8. Leakage of users' accounts or passwords due to their own negligence may bring losses to the users.

BTCC promises to provide trading services in good faith and diligence, but guarantees neither definite profits nor minimum revenues. BTCC does not predict the future performance. BTCC reminds investors of the principle of "traders are responsible for theirown behaviors", and the investment risks shall be solely borne by the investors after making the investment decisions.
