Is it OK to live by a cell tower?

Hello, I've been considering moving to a new neighborhood, but I've noticed that there's a cell tower nearby. I've heard some conflicting information about the potential health risks of living NEAR one. Is it okay to live by a cell tower, or should I be concerned about any potential negative effects on my health? Are there any scientific studies that have definitively shown whether or not there's a risk? And if there is a risk, are there any steps I can take to mitigate it?
