What does CEX not accept?

However, we understand that minor scratches are inevitable with frequent use, especially with Game discs, DVDs, and Blu-rays. As long as these discs play without any issues, we are willing to accept them with minor scratches.

It's important to note that any item whose name contains the letter "S" (often indicating a special edition or limited release) must be in its original, unopened packaging and wrapping. This ensures that the item's collectibility and authenticity are preserved for the buyer.
