I've been hearing a lot about ECC, or Elliptic Curve Cryptography, recently. I'm wondering if it's really secure. I know it's used in many security protocols, but I want to understand if there are any known vulnerabilities or concerns with it.

ECC offers high levels of security with relatively smaller key sizes.
