I have a ripped banknote and I'm wondering if it's possible to exchange it for a new one. I'm not sure about the policies regarding damaged currency and whether they allow for such exchanges.

Damaged banknotes can be reimbursed in full by us if they are genuine and have been accidentally damaged.
