I'm trying to figure out how to calculate VT, but I'm not sure where to start or what steps to follow. Can someone provide a clear explanation or guide on how to do this?

VT is calculated by subtracting the sum of Inspiratory Reserve Volume (IRV) and Expiratory Reserve Volume (ERV) from Vital Capacity (VC).
