I have a phone that I purchased from Verizon but haven't fully paid off yet. I'm wondering if Verizon allows customers to trade in phones that still have a remaining balance. Can I trade in my phone even if it's not completely paid off? Will Verizon let you trade in a phone that isn't paid off?
