To access the Developer settings, users need to click on the option located in the left sidebar.

Under Personal access tokens, there is an option called Tokens (classic). Clicking on this will bring up a new page.

On the Tokens (classic) page, there is a button labeled Generate new token. Clicking on this button will initiate the token generation process.
