I tried sending a message to someone, but it failed to send. I'm wondering if this failure indicates that the person has blocked me from messaging them. Does message send failure mean you're blocked?

One potential factor is a weak cellular or Wi-Fi signal. If the connection is not strong enough, the message may not be able to reach its destination.

Another reason could be an outdated messaging app. If the software is not up to date, it may not function correctly, leading to send failures.
