Is RAS an NMT technique?
Could you please clarify for me if Recurrent Autoencoders (RAS) are considered a Neural Machine Translation (NMT) technique? As I understand, NMT primarily focuses on translating text from one language to another using neural networks. However, RAS, as I've encountered it, are more commonly associated with unsupervised learning and feature extraction in areas like sequence modeling, rather than direct language translation. Is there a specific context or application where RAS is indeed Leveraged as an NMT technique, or is this a misconception?
