Is Sputnik still in space?
Excuse me, could you please clarify if Sputnik, the first artificial satellite launched into Earth's orbit by the Soviet Union in 1957, is still present in space today? I'm curious to know if it's still orbiting our planet or if it has since deorbited and entered the atmosphere, given its historical significance and the fact that it marked the beginning of the Space Age.
