
How often should you do TRX?
I'm really curious about this, could you please explain? How frequently should I engage in TRX exercises? I've heard it's an excellent way to build strength and flexibility, but I'm not sure if I should do it daily or just a few times a week. Would you mind sharing your thoughts on this? I'd really appreciate it if you could provide some guidance on how to incorporate TRX into my fitness routine effectively.
